At Centro ASSIST, we help to remove the burden of compliance.
Our mission is to empower providers to shift their focus toward supporting staff and achieving the best outcomes for participants. We exist to make compliance feel manageable, not overwhelming.
Our History
Centro ASSIST is part of the Volaris Group, a global organisation that builds and supports specialised software businesses across regulated industries.
Through this experience, we saw first‑hand how complex and time‑consuming compliance can be for care providers. The rules are strict, the stakes are high, and the paperwork never seems to end. Providers told us they needed something practical, purpose‑built, and easy to use.
That’s why Centro ASSIST was created in 2018. We set out to build a solution designed specifically for care providers to help meet Standards, automate quality processes, improve document management, and streamline everyday operations.
Today, Centro ASSIST has supported more than 3,000 customers, helping organisations of all sizes feel more in control of compliance and audit readiness.

Daily Stand-Ups - gathering virtually to connect, share updates, and support one another. Synching up ensures alignment and prevents silos in our Centro team.
Wednesday Team Walks - we step away from screens and take a team walk. We focus on mental health, fitness, and bond over ‘treasure hunt’ photos as evidence!
Learning and Development Sessions - we appreciate the time to learn together and invest in our growth with dedicated focus on skill-building, industry trends or personal development.
Friday Games - we play virtual games such as trivia, Pictionary and Scattergories. Laughter helps bond us; victories/epic fails become shared memories too.
Friday Reflections - as the week winds down, we reflect and share insights. This fosters empathy and helps us improve collectively as a team.
Dress-Up Themes - a fun break from routine and a chance to express our personalities.
