Bruce joined Holocentric in 2003 after 20 years’ experience in senior roles with IT companies. He is dedicated to seeing Holocentric, an Australian owned business, and Centro ASSIST, achieve excellence and ensuring its customers and employees are productive and cared for. Bruce is fiercely passionate and has worked tirelessly to ensure that software helps organisations perform and take advantage of change and disruption in their businesses, to reap the benefit of cost improvement, managing change and a better understanding of operating systems.

An original founder of Holocentric, Derek is the driving force behind Holocentric’s technology vision and product roadmap. Derek has over 25 years’ experience developing modelling tools and related products to solve complex problems in highly regulated industries. Derek leads Research and Development and architecture of the product platform. Derek heads a team of business analysts, developers, quality assurance and product specialists.

Walter leads Centro ASSIST’s solutions and is interested in sectors such as disability care, aged care, and other regulated industries. He is passionate about helping service providers deliver on the promise of the NDIS. Walter has embraced the complexities of the NDIS and has developed products and services to help transform service providers businesses. Prior to being the Head of Disability Solutions, Walter spent 9 years as the face of Holocentric in iconic accounts across Australia and overseas.

Arahni Sont Centro ASSIST

Arahni Sont
Strategic Advisor/Business Development

Arahni has lived experience as a carer and been an advocate/adviser in the Australian disability and mental health environment for over 10 years. She was on the NDIS Mental Health Sector Reference Group and also advised the first digital disrupter in the care sector. She has been a non-executive Director on 8 NFP boards and associations including 3 in the disability sector. Her professional career has spanned 5 countries in senior marketing and advisory roles: in finance, with the World Bank/UN, Government, University and NFP sectors.
