Ensure your employees understand NDIS compliance obligations

At Centro ASSIST we’re passionate about re-imagining NDIS policy management and compliance, to help our customers facilitate safe, respectful and inclusive support provision.

We started this journey by developing clear and concise policies and processes and making them easily accessible to employees through our web-app.

While these are important steps toward compliance, we believe the next step is ensuring your employees understand and adopt the policies and processes. That’s why we’ve created an integrated employee knowledge testing module within the web-app to take your compliance to the next level.

Like the policies and processes, the knowledge tests have been structured around the Core and Supplementary Modules of the NDIS Practice Standards.

Before taking the test, employees acknowledge that they have read and understood the relevant material. Each test has 12 multiple choice questions and employees can review any questions answered incorrectly before re-taking the test.

Administrators can view the progress of their employees.

Providers also have the option to add their own knowledge tests via the Centro team.
