Like the policies and processes, the knowledge tests have been structured around the Core and Supplementary Modules of the NDIS Practice Standards.

If your subscription includes documentation for any of the above modules, then you will automatically receive the related knowledge test.
Each test has 12 multiple choice questions and employees must get all answers correct to pass the test. Administrators can view the progress of their employees.
Providers also have the option to add their own knowledge tests via the Centro team.
